Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a device for producing regenerative and renewable hydraulic energy, comprising at least one generator for producing electric energy, and a drive shaft which is connected to the generator and which comprises a plurality of blades which extend at least partially into the passing water and are set rotating by the water. Said blades are offset in relation to each other and along the drive shaft. The invention also relates to a system which consists of a plurality of said inventive devices.
