| Zusammenfassung: | The drive package includes printed wiring boards (26,40) that is mounted with heat generating components (30) for operating the dynamoelectric machine. The printed wiring board is supported in a housing at peripheral edge location and extends outwardly from the housing in cantilever fashion at predetermined level in the housing. Potting material is filled in the housing upto the level of the printed wiring board such that it contacts with the printed wiring board. The potting material offers mechanical support for printed wiring board in the housing away from the peripheral portion. A heat sink (50) is mounted on the housing for transferring heat from some of heat generating components mounted on printed wiring board. |
