Kontinuierliches Verfahren zur lösungsmittelfreien Herstellung von Zusammensetzungen für Pyrotechnische Erzeugnisse mit wärmehärtbarem Bindemittel

Continuous process for fabrication, without solvent, of composite pyrotechnic products is claimed in which ignition products consist notably of liquid binder crosslinked above 40 degrees C and at least one energising solid oxidant filler. Process comprises mixing ignition constituents to obtain a composite homogeneous paste with sufficient viscosity to preserve the geometry of the finished product; shaping intermediate products with the paste; and solidifying the intermediate products by crosslinking the binder. Liquid binder is first mixed with thick solid filler in pulverised form to obtain a pre-mixture with greasy consistence which is then mixed with the energising filler; and all mixing and shaping operations take place below 40 degrees C. Also claimed is an installation for carrying out the process.
