description | The present invention provides an adhesion method for bonding a label to a container, in which initial adhesion is excellent and at least one mechanical compatibility selected from an application pattern on the label, easy control of a scraper, and prolongation of the scraper life is improved. An adhesion method for bonding a label to a container is provided, in which an aqueous adhesive for the label which comprises (A) casein and (B) thixotropy index regulator and has a thixotropy index (TI) of 0.5 to 0.8 is used. At least one resin selected from polyvinyl acetate, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and acrylic resin, and wheat protein, soybean protein, denatured soybean protein, and starch are preferable as (B). The adhesion method is particularly suitable in a pallet transfer rotary labeler such as labeler manufactured by Krones Co., Ltd. Since the conventionally used suitable space, with which troubles hardly occur, is used as the space of the scraper, it is possible to bond the label to the container at a high speed. |
