Zusammenfassung: | Only the radially facing surfaces (15,16,17,18) of the hub ring (4) and flywheel ring (3) and belt pulley (7) are wetted with binding agent. The first and second spring bodies (5,6) are vulcanized together. The belt pulley and support ring (9) following solidification of the second spring body (6) are displaced axially elastically towards each other so that an axial gap (21) forming the installation area for the axial bearing (13) is produced axially between the groove base (19) and belt pulley and the end (20) of the supporting ring (9) facing the groove base. The loose adjoining surfaces (22,23) of the second spring body (6) and support ring (9) as well as the surfaces (24,25) of the inner axial arm (26) of the belt pulley and base of the support ring are mounted adjoining each other with an axial spacing corresponding to the axial gap (21). The axial bearing (13) is inserted in the axial gap (21) and after lifting the force which causes the elastic displacement is held under axial pretension inside the axial gap. |
