At least two base struts (11, 12) intersecting at a point of intersection (12a) are provided. Gripping brackets (20) equipped with pressing-on jaws (21) are displaceable relative to one another on the base struts (11, 12), and the gripping brackets (20) are designed so as to be tiltable with respect to the base struts (11, 12).
