Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The main cutting edge (5) is formed if the cutting front surface (8) intersects a side flank (5). An end cutting edge (6) is formed, if the cutting front surface intersects front flank (7). The front flank (7) surface of the diamond tip is formed from a ground surface, which has no grinding scratches. A narrower more accurate end grinding machine section (10) is formed on the end cutting edge (6).The drum body (93) is rotated about its axis in the lathe. The diamond cutting tool is moved in the axial direction of the turning drum body, so that it cuts into the drum body. The narrower end grinding machining section (10) formed at the end cutting edge, amounts to more tha twice an average particle size of a diamond crystal, which forms the diamond, is standardised between 1-20 microns.
