Zusammenfassung:	A rear seat (2) has a backrest (4) which is provided on its upper edge region with a cavity (7). Mounted rotatably in the latter is a bearing shaft (8) on which a net (9) is fastened, which net is guided by its free end region through a longitudinal slot (10) in the backrest (4). Attached to the end region of the net (9) is a securing rod (11) which, when the net (9) is completely unwound, is attached releasably to the inner lining (16) of the roof via receiving hooks (17). When backrests (4) lie next to one another, the securing rods (11) of the nets (9) are connected releasably to one another by a telescopically extendable connecting part (12).
