Zusammenfassung:	A method of sawing reinforced concrete (20) with a rotating steel blade (10) is described. Cutting elements (12) containing diamond are arranged on the periphery of the steel blade (10), the steel blade (10) being cooled with water during the sawing. According to the invention, the water is sprayed by means of spray nozzles (24) on both sides onto the rotating saw blade (10) in such a quantity that essentially the entire water quantity sprayed on is vaporised (Fig. 1).
