Zusammenfassung:	Cell lines have been produced that secrete monoclonal antibodies which bind to the flagellar proteins of selected Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains. Some of these antibodies have been found to be protective against lethal challenges of P. aeruginosa. Pharmaceutical compositions containing these antibodies, can be used singly or in combination with other monoclonal antibodies, blood plasma fractions and antimicrobial agents, to form prophylactic and therapeutic compositions.
