Rotation of element 14 by tool inserted through an access opening 20 causes rotational movement of member 15 and linear movement of element 10 which is prevented from rotating by a pin 30 - pin 30 extends through slots 28, 29 in a cylindrical portion 24 of fixture 12, 13 which portion 24 receives a split sleeve-like member 47. In the embodiment of Fig. 5 modified components 14, 15 are utilised as illustrated.
