Zusammenfassung:Dihydropyridine-2-hydroxyamines of the formula (I) in which R represents optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl, for example 2-chlorophenyl or 4-benzoxadiazolyl, R denotes a straight-chain, branched or cyclic, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon radical which is optionally interrupted by an oxygen or a sulphur atom in the chain, and/or which is optionally substituted, R represents hydrogen, cyano, aryl, aralkyl or straight-chain or branched alkyl which is optionally substituted by cyano, OH, acetoxy or halogen, R represents hydrogen or straight-chain or branched alkyl which is optionally interrupted by one or two oxygen atoms in the alkyl chain, or represents aryl or aralkyl, R represents hydrogen, straight-chain or branched alkyl, aryl, aralkyl or a radical of the formula R represents optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl, for example 1-naphthyl or 4-indolyl, A represents a straight-chain, branched or cyclic alkylene group having up to 20 carbon atoms, which can be substituted or interrupted by a phenyl group which can optionally be substituted by halogen, cyano, dialkylamino, alkyl, alkoxy, trifluoromethyl or nitro, and/or which is optionally interrupted by one or more oxygen atoms, sulphur atoms or groups of the formula -NR - or -CO-NR , where X represents the group -COR or the group -COOR , and their physiologically acceptable acid addition products, are used in particular in circulation-influencing medicaments.
