Detachable connector for grip heads - is used mainly on bottle packing or unpacking and fitted with holding elements forming part of movable gripper head traverse

The installation is used for the detachable connection of grip heads to packaging machines esp. for the suspension of packing heads equipped with tulip shaped grippers as part of a bottle packing or unpacking machine. The installation consists of a gripper head traverse (1) with holding elements (8) movable from one to another position which takes the actual grip heads. The holding elements are formed from guide rails positioned on opposite sides to each other with transverse beams having an adjustable bearing between them. The transverse beams are fitted at their ends with support units with reception openings for any grip heads with locking devices at that point.
