Zusammenfassung:	A drier suitable for drying yarn in skeins suspended from rods, comprises a rotor mounted for rotation about a horizontal axis. Access to the interior of the rotor is provided through doors in the rotor. Adjacent the door openings, the rotor has supports for receiving the ends of several rods with skeins suspended therefrom. Drying is effected by centrifugal effects and by circulation of air.
