Zusammenfassung:	The covering mechanism is for the windscreen wiper blade when it is not in use. The cover consists of a strip (14) attached to a lever mechanism that moves it over the slot through which the wiper blade emerges when in use. The cover extends between the rear of the bonnet region (72) and the windscreen (10). The cover is attached to a U-shaped piece or solid plate (28). The U-piece is linked pivotally at one end to a first arm (34) and at the other to a second arm (40). The first arm pivots about a point (36) fixed to the vehicle's bodywork. The second arm is linked to a drive.
