Zusammenfassung:Electrode for supplying or taking off electrical signals is claimed which includes an electrically conductive foamed plastics body (29) provided with a contact surface (30) having closed pores on the application side, to obtain electrical contact by application of this side of the electrode. The electrode is used for supplying or detecting bio-electrical signals such as electrocardiogram signals, or for supplying heart or circulation stimulation signals.
