Zusammenfassung: | Laminated electrical capacitors are produced by winding two metallised dielectric foil with insulating selvedges at opposite ends to a continuous roll. When the required capacitance has been reached, a separating foil is injected between the foils without stopping. This is repeated several times. The completed roll is stabilised by tempering and split into individual capacitors by a cut in an axial direction. This ensures 100% utilisation of the capacity of existing winding plant. Individual capacitors with precisely defined capacitances are produced without difficulties. |
