Zusammenfassung: | In the process for prepg. consolidation, textile sheets of increased water-vapour absorption capacity by consolidation with polymeric binders and impregnation with organic substances then drying at high temp., the sheet is impregnated with 6-40 wt.% (on bonded and impregnated matl.) of a glycidyl ether of formula (I): (R = 2-6 valent 2-13C (cyclo)aliphatic residue; p = 1-30; q = 2-6), and this is fixed to the sheet via NH-gp. contg. substances. In prodn. of synthetic leather substitutes for use in shoes, upholstery etc. These matls. have water-vapour absorption capacity of about 20 wt.% similar to that of natural leather. |
