When more than two discharge channels are provided, the preceding channel serves as switch for a following channel. All discharge channels are for discharge processes in series with each other. The conductor (1) is segmented in order to avoid the energy concentration in the channel (3). The slots (7) are fitted with an insulating material. The system can be covered with a further insulating film and a further feedback conductor. |
