The wine bottling system using a bottle washing and sterilising machine from which the bottles are conveyed to a bottle filling machine, preceded by a sterilising filter, and followed by a bottle capping machine, employes a washing machine with a washing bath followed by liquid sprays, in which the bottles are washed inside and out by water at a temperature between 85 and 95 deg.C, and are conveyed through a protective housing inside which circulates a laminar air flow at a temperature between 65 and 70 deg.C, the wine then being filtered at room temperature which is between 15 and 20 deg.C before being bottled at that temperature, the bottles then being fitted with sterilised corks or capping devices.
