The arrangement shown in Fig. 1 consists of staggered oppositely facing U-shaped slots 12, 16, 18 . . ., the ends of which terminate in radial bores 12a, 12b, 16a, 18a . . ., providing the flexure zones 20, 22, . . ., while in the arrangement of Fig. 4 straight inclined slots 32, 36, 38 ... extend into radial bores 32a, 32b, 36a, 38a . . .
