Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	For the continuous prodn. of a three-dimensional shaped open-mesh netting material, a textile fabric is produced as a strip (6) containing reinforcement fibres and matrix fibres which melt at a lower temp. than the reinforcement fibres. The fabric strip is heated at a part section (1) to a temp. where the matrix fibres melt at least at the surface while the reinforcement fibres are unaffected, followed by fixing through lower temps. The shaping uses heat (2,7) to make the material malleable before passing through a shaping station (3). The applied heat (2.7) softens the matrix fibres, which are cooled by the profiles of the shaping station (3). Also claimed is a shaped netting material (4) with raised and/or depressed zones in a strip where the length is longer than the width by a factor of 10 and pref. a factor of 100.
