The shock absorber is designed as a cavity resonator for HF vibrations and is arranged with at least one HF transmitter-receiver aerial (8;12;20), in the cylinder hollow space defined by a piston surface. Transmitting and receiving data, especially frequencies is analysable, using a feed/evaluation unit (10;18) concerning the cavity volumes and with this the relative position and/or the movement between the piston (5) and the cylinder (3). |
