Also claimed are: (1) a process for the production of OSiC; (2) equilibration of OSiC with linear organo-polysiloxanes with triorganosiloxy or hydroxy end groups, cyclic organo-polysiloxanes or copolymers with di-organo- and mono-organo- siloxane units; (3) a process for the treatment of woven textiles, textile fibre preparations and leather treatments using OSiC as above or equilibrated as in (2); (4) organosilicon compounds with units (I) as above in which A = a group (II) with B = Cl, OR , SR , N(R )2 or -OCOR , containing at least one chlorine atom per polymer molecule; and (5) a process for the production of compounds as in (4).
