Zusammenfassung: | A process for working fibre pulp (S) with a dry content of 10% minimum entails at least two kneading tools (1, 2) moving relative one to each other to impart to the pulp the forces needed to work it. At least one of the tools rotates and they have teeth which form a working zone through which the pulp is fed with a transit time of 10 seconds minimum and with a radial component of motion. Also claimed is the apparatus for implementing the process. It comprises at least one rotationally symmetric base piece (5, 6) with annular rows of teeth having gaps (7, 8) between them of minimum width 10 mm through which the pulp can flow and clear spaces between the rows which are positioned relative to one another in such a way that the teeth of one tool penetrate into these spaces in the other. The base pieces are rings or discs on at least one side of which is at least one row of teeth, rows being placed on the tool radially one after the other. |
