Zusammenfassung:A micro-valve (1) consists of an electromagnetic drive (2) and a multilayered valve base (17) with layers that are firmly linked together and separately produced. The valve base (17) has at least one armature (18) and a valve closing element (20) that are both axially movable, and a housing (12) that at least partially encloses these axially movable components of the micro-valve (1). The layers of the valve base (17) are deposited upon each other by galvanic metal deposition (multilayer galvanic deposition). The micro-valve is suitable for example for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines.
