Zusammenfassung:In known electromagnetically operated valves, a valve tube as the principal element in the valve comprises three sections: a core and a valve seat support are connected to one another by a non-magnetic intermediate section so as to create an hydraulic seal, at least two joint and connection sites being required. In the novel valve, the number of components of the valve tube (12), and thus also the number of joints/connections, is reduced. The entire valve tube is made of magnetically conducting material, thus making it possible to dispense with non-magnetic intermediate parts. The valve is especially suitable for use in fuel injection systems in compression and spark ignition internal combustion engines.
