Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an item of furniture (1) or a domestic appliance comprising a carcass (2), at least one sliding element (10, 10') and at least one pull-out guide (3) which connects the carcass (2) to the at least one sliding element (10, 10'), by means of which pull-out guide the at least one sliding element (10, 10') can travel linearly relative to the carcass (2), wherein the sliding element (10, 10') comprises a base (4) coupled to the at least one pull-out guide (3) and a support (5, 5') rotatably mounted on the base (4) via a rotary bearing (8), wherein the support (5, 5') comprises a curved path (6) into which a rotational guide element (7), fixedly arranged on the carcass (2), projects for carrying out a rotational movement during the linear travel of the sliding element (10, 10') relative to the carcass (2).
