Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a transmission arrangement for a hybrid drive, comprising: a first transmission unit (3) for an internal combustion engine; a second transmission unit (4) for an electric machine; a superposition transmission (5) with a first input part (6), which is connected in terms of drive to the first transmission unit (3), a second input part (7), which is connected in terms of drive to the second transmission unit (4), and with an output part (8), wherein the first input part (6), the second input part (7) and the output part (8) have a compensating effect with respect to one another; a differential transmission unit (70) with a differential cage (60), which is connected in terms of drive to the output part (8) of the superposition transmission (5), and with a first differential output part (62) for driving a first drive shaft and with a second differential output part (63) for driving a second drive shaft; and a controllable locking device (70) which is provided for selectively holding the output part (8) of the superposition transmission (5) so as to be non-rotatable or releasing the output part (8) of the superposition transmission (5).
