Zusammenfassung:The mobile SMS (Short Message Service) telephone (4) is in radio communication (7) with an SMS center (8). The center is connected (10) to a server (9) acting as a clearing station, with a connection (13) to a client (3) with a keyboard and display monitor (5). The client may send signals to the telephone. The server is in two-way communication (11,12) with a duty server (2), also connected (6) to the client. A communication channel paying a tariff (14) is opened on verification of signals. The SMS center has a connection (15) to a bill calculating circuit (16).
