Zusammenfassung:The method comprises massive forming a blank to a component having a light metal made of an alloy, identifying the component from an area, where the component is subjected to a locally differentiated heat treatment, performing the locally differentiated heat treatment of the component into the identified area, heating the component in a gas furnace, and then optionally subjecting a locally differentiated cooling after solution annealing. The component is locally cooled by partial quenching. The partial quenching comprises a partial immersion of the component into a water bath. The method comprises massive forming a blank to a component having a light metal made of an alloy, identifying the component from an area, where the component is subjected to a locally differentiated heat treatment, performing the locally differentiated heat treatment of the component into the identified area, heating the component in a gas furnace, and then optionally subjecting a locally differentiated cooling after solution annealing. The component is locally cooled by partial quenching. The partial quenching comprises a partial immersion of the component into a water bath, a locally differentiated spray water cooling, a locally differentiated gas quenching, a locally differentiated application of a spray and/or a mist, and a locally differentiated use of moved water. The blank comprises extrusion billets, which consist of a wrought alloy. The method further comprises pre-distributing a material by a horizontal bar rolling process in a forging die, and transforming the material in a forging die, a finished die and an adjustment die. A fiber orientation for the produced component is set before and during the massive forming step.
