The partial quenching comprises a partial immersion of the component into a water bath, a locally differentiated spray water cooling, a locally differentiated gas quenching, a locally differentiated application of a spray and/or a mist, and a locally differentiated use of moved water. The blank comprises extrusion billets, which consist of a wrought alloy. The method further comprises pre-distributing a material by a horizontal bar rolling process in a forging die, and transforming the material in a forging die, a finished die and an adjustment die. A fiber orientation for the produced component is set before and during the massive forming step.
