Die Erfindung gibt ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Streustrahlenrasters (10) für Röntgenstrahlung an, wobei ein die Röntgenstrahlung absorbierendes erstes Material (1) auf ausschließlich die Oberflächen von Öffnungen (6) des Streustrahlenrasters (10) galvanisches abgeschieden wird. Die Erfindung bietet den Vorteil, dass durch das galvanische Abscheiden sehr genau auch kleine Schichtdicken (< 20 µm) reproduzierbar hergestellt werden können.
