Zusammenfassung: | The die casting method for the production of engine blocks made of light metal for a liquid-cooled multi-cylinder combustion engine with cylinders arranged in longitudinal direction, comprises arranging a slider element (3) in a die casting mold before filling the die casting mold with a light metal casting material. A steel slider (1) and a salt core (2) arranged on the slider in form-, power- and/or material fit manner are used as the slider element. The salt core is attached by an adhesive agent or a friction-type connection on the steel slider. The die casting method for the production of engine blocks made of light metal for a liquid-cooled multi-cylinder combustion engine with cylinders arranged in longitudinal direction, comprises arranging a slider element (3) in a die casting mold before filling the die casting mold with a light metal casting material. A steel slider (1) and a salt core (2) arranged on the slider in form-, power- and/or material fit manner are used as the slider element. The salt core is attached by an adhesive agent or a friction-type connection on the steel slider. The form-, power- and/or material fit connection between the steel slider and the salt core is separated by removing the steel slider from the engine block. The salt core remains after the removal of the steel slider in the engine block, where the salt core is removed by a compressed air and high pressure water jet from the engine block.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Druckgussverfahren zur Herstellung von Zylinderkurbelgehäusen aus Leichtmetall für eine flüssigkeitsgekühlte mehrzylindrige Verbrennungskraftmaschine mit in Längsrichtung angeordneten Zylindern, wobei vor einem Befüllen einer Druckgussform mit einem Leichtmetallgussmaterial mindestens ein Schieberelement (3) in der Druckgussform angeordnet wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird als Schieberelement (3) zumindest ein Stahlschieber (1) und zumindest ein an diesem form-, kraft- und/oder stoffschlüssig anordenbarer Salzkern (2) verwendet. |
