1-(4-Chloro-3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-3-[4-(pyridin-4-yloxy)-phenyl]-urea compounds (Q), and their salts with counter ions, prodrugs, pyridin-N-oxides or metabolites, are new. 1-(4-Chloro-3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-3-[4-(pyridin-4-yloxy)-phenyl]-urea compounds (Q) of formula (I) or (II), and their salts with counter ions, prodrugs, pyridin-N-oxides or metabolites, are new. R 1>F, Cl or CF 3; R 2>H or 1-4C-alkyl; and R 3>H, 1-4C-alkyl or OH.
