Bitumen products and heavy minerals production involves preparing lubricant feed charge, where the prepared lubricant feed charge is contacted with a conditioning agent to form a suspension, which contains conditioning agent, bitumen, loam, inorganic particles and sand. The conditioning agent is separated from all components contained in the suspension by using a separator. Der Prozess beinhaltet die Gewinnung von Bitumen, Lehm, anorganischen Partikeln, Schwermetallen und Sand in folgenden Schritten: a) Herstellung von Zufuhrschmiere b) Kontaktierung der Zufuhrschmiere mit einem aufbereitetem Medium zur Erzeugung einer Suspension, betehend aus dem aufbereiteten Medium, Bitumen, Lehm, anorganischen Partikeln und Sand c) Separierung des aufbereiteten Mediums, der aufgelösten Komponenten Bitumen, Lehm, anorganische Schwermetallpartikel (z. B. Titanium-, Zirkoniummineralien wie Titaniumdioxid and Zirkoniumdioxid) und Sand. Dieser Prozess ist möglich bei Temperaturen zwischen 3°C bis 97°C, vorzugsweise aber bei Temperaturen zwischen 15°C bis 35°C.
