The housing (10) has a widening unit (18) provided in an area of an opening (16) of a hollow space (14) for holding an electronic component (22) i.e. printed circuit board, in an insertion body (20), where the housing is designed in a cylindrical, oval or rectangular-shape. The widening unit is designed as a sealing surface (34) for a circulating sealing element (28) e.g. O-ring, that is arranged at the insertion body, where the geometry of the insertion body corresponds to the opening of the hollow space.
