The carrier elements are arranged on an outer surface of the hubs not-parallel to a rotational axis, where free ends of the carrier elements are rotated against base points. The carrier elements are beveled or bended at the free ends. The carrier elements include recesses (24) at a region remote from the hubs, where the carrier elements are made of stainless and heat-resistant spring steel.
