Two broad walls (3,4) facing each other are connected over two small walls (5,6), where a forming area is formed by the two small walls. A profile is closed in an area of a seam by an overlapping edge section (41,42) of the broad strip. A seam side is formed with two adjacent laminar shaping sections (31.1,31.2). An independent claim is included for a heat exchanger for use as high temperature and low temperature heat exchanger of exhaust gas cooler for cooling waste gas in an exhaust recirculation system of an internal-combustion engine of a motor vehicle.
Zusammenfassend betrifft die Erfindung ein Mehrkammer-Flachrohr (R2-R20) mit wenigstens zwei Kammern (1, 2) zur Strömungsaufnahme eines Fluids, hergestellt durch Umformen eines Blechbandes, insbesondere hergestellt in einem Biege- und/oder Falt- und/oder Falzverfahren, bei dem ein geschlossenes Profil gebildet ist durch: - eine sich gegenüberliegende erste und zweite Breitwand (3, 4), die über eine sich gegenüberliegende, jeweils einen Umformbereich bildende erste und zweite Schmalwand (5, 6) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Breit- und Schmalwände (3, 4, 5, 6) Außenseiten des Profils bilden, wobei - die erste und die zweite Breitwand (3, 4) mit einem wenigstens zwei Kammern (1, 2) des Profils trennenden, wenigstens teilweise längs einer Breitwand (3, 4) orientierten und ebenfalls eine Außenseite des Profils bildenden Steg (7) verbunden sind, wobei - das Profil zwischen den wenigstens zwei Kammern (1, 2) eine Sicke (11) mit einem Sickengrund (12) und einer Sickenseite (13.1, 13.2) aufweist, wobei der Sickengrund (12) durch den Steg (7) gebildet ist.
