Erfindungsgemäß wird mittels des elektroaktorischen Systems derart auf eine Feder, die unter Vorspannung zwischen einer Grundplatte (1) und einem gegenüber der Grundplatte drehbaren Arbeitsexzenter (2) der Spannvorrichtung angeordnet ist, eingewirkt, dass die Federvorspannung und damit indirekt die Zugmittelspannung verändert wird.
