Das Dämpfungssystem umfasst ein unteres Sohlenelement (11) und ein oberes Sohlenelement (19), sowie zumindest einen Hebel mit zumindest zwei Armen (21, 23), wobei ein Winkel alpha zwischen den beiden Armen in einem Bereich 0° < alpha < 180° liegt. Dabei ist der erste Arm (23) mit einem Verformungselement (30, 30') und der zweite Arm (21) mit einem der beiden Sohlenelemente verbunden, und der Hebel ist drehbar am anderen Sohlenelement gelagert.
