Zusammenfassung:	The device has a grab handle (1) including a handle body (2) and a bearing support (4) connected with the body. A fastening bolt (8) is connected with a body-lateral mounting section (5) and has a fastening section (10) passing through by an opening (6) of the mounting section in the direction of the grab handle which is to be fastened. A sliding unit (17) is brought by a slidable adjustment in a positive engaging manner and with the bearing support of the grab handle and simultaneously with the fastening section of the bolt for a stable bearing of the grab handle on the mounting section.
