Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Aufbringung von Schutzschichten nach dem sog. Sol-Gel-Verfahren auf Substraten, die aufgrund der für die herkömmliche Ausbildung der gesinterten Schutzschichten erforderlichen Temperaturen für ein solches Verfahren nicht geeignet schienen. Dazu wird auf einem Substrat eine Zirkon-haltige Sol-Gel-Schicht nach deren Sol-Gel-Umwandlung mit Hilfe einer lediglich lokal wirkenden Wärmeentwicklung pyrolysiert und gegebenenfalls nach weiteren Zwischenschritten gesintert. Zur Erzeugung der lokal wirkenden Wärmeentwicklung wird vorteilhafterweise UV-Licht, in besonders bevorzugter Weise UV-Laserlicht, verwendet. |
