Zusammenfassung:A luminescent glass doped with 1 mol.% of an oxide-based trivalent rare earth cation. The glass contains at least 20 mol.% P2O5 to 15 mol.% Al2O3 and up to 35-% alkaline metal oxide. The glass is suitable for conversion of light emitting diode (LED) radiation and in the ultraviolet range and blue light in the white light range. In the vicinity of the Planck curve the glass has a colour temperature CT of 2,700-7,000K along the colour chromaticity coordinates x and y. The differential value (C) = 0.011 and the colour reproduction index is > 80.
