The wettable areas form a matrix pattern which is matched to that of an existing micro-titration slide. The wettable zones are coated with a hydrogel which is attached to the slide surface by a chemical covalent bond or absorption. The hydrogel is functionalized by biological or synthetic molecules reversibly or irreversibly coupled to the hydrogel. The plastic or glass slide is enclosed within an injection-molded plastic frame and cover-plate. Die Erfindung bezieht sich aud eine Probenträgerplatte für Anlagerungs-Screening-Verfahren, insbesondere für das RIfS-Verfahren, bestehend aus einer transparenten Platte 1, welche auf ihrer probenseitigen Oberfläche ein aus mehreren Schichten 2; 3 unterschiedlichen Brechnungsindexes bestehendes Schichtsystem aufweist. Auf der obersten Schicht des Schichtsystems ist eine weitere Schicht 4 angeordnet, welche Bereiche (Spots) mit unterschiedlicher Benetzbarkeit für flüssige Proben oder für ein die zu untersuchende Probe enthaltendes flüssiges Medium umfaßt.
