Rubber mixture crosslinkable with sulfur useful for manufacture of automobile tires and vibration dampers, contains an acid activated silicate layer and reduces the roll resistance and thus the petrol consumption of automobile tires

A rubber mixture crosslinkable with sulfur containing: (a) at least one diene-polymer or copolymer; (b) at least one finely divided acid activated silicate layer as strengthening additive; and (c) at least one coupling agent having group reactive towards the filler. Independent claims are included for: (1) preparation of the rubber mixture by mixing of the diene polymer or copolymer (a) and strengthened filler (b) with the coupling agent (c) and/or optionally a masterbatch-mixture and optionally with other, conventional additive, but not vulcanization chemical agents, using conventional mixing aggregate at a temperature of 105-150 deg C; (2) a profiled body, especially an automobile tire or parts of it, gummed beds, conveyor belts, hoses, and sealing elements obtained from the rubber mixture. Beschrieben wird eine mit Schwefel vernetzbare Kautschukmischung, enthaltend: DOLLAR A a) mindestens ein Dien-Polymer oder -Copolymer; DOLLAR A b) mindestens ein feinteiliges säureaktives Schichtsilicat als verstärkenden Füllstoff; DOLLAR A c) mindestens einen Kuppler mit gegenüber dem Füllstoff (b) reaktiven Gruppen. DOLLAR A Die vernetzbare Kautschukmischung kann nach einem Verfahren hergestellt werden, welches folgende Schritte umfaßt: DOLLAR A (i) Mischen eines Dien-Polymers oder -Copolymers (a) und des verstärkenden Füllstoffs (b) mit dem Kuppler (c) und/oder gegebenenfalls mit einer Masterbatch-Mischung des Füllstoffs (b) mit dem Kuppler (c1) sowie gegebenenfalls mit weiteren, üblichen Zuschlagstoffen, mit Ausnahme der Vulkanisationschemikalien unter Verwendung üblicher Mischaggregate bei etwa 105 bis 150 DEG C; DOLLAR A (ii) Zumischen der Vulkanisationschemikalien bei einer Temperatur von weniger als etwa 100 DEG C. DOLLAR A Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ferner eine mit Schwefel vernetzte Kautschukmischung, die aus der mit Schwefel vernetzbaren Kautschukmischung durch Vulkanisation bei Temperaturen von mehr als etwa 100 DEG C erhältlich ist. DOLLAR A Gegenstand der Erfindung sind schließlich Formkörper, insbesondere Fahrzeugreifen oder Teile davon, Gummilager, Förderbänder, Schläuche und Dichtungselemente, die aus der vernetzbaren bzw. vernetzten Kautschukmischung erhältlich sind.
