Zusammenfassung:	Herbicides with improved action are salts which contain as acid components herbicidal acids from the group substituted phenoxycarboxylic acids, phosphinic acids of the formula in which Y is H and Y is amino or Y and Y together are an oxygen atom, and W is hydroxyl or a mono- or dipeptide residue derived from natural amino acids, and of a phosphinyl carboxylic acid of the formula and as base component a primary fatty amine or fatty amide, a secondary or tertiary amine, a polyamine, an alkylated, optionally alkoxylated imidazoline derivative, a sugar amine, an optionally alkoxylated aminoethylethanolamine, an optionally alkoxylated alkanolamine, 1,4-diazacyclohexane, piperidine, morpholine or amine oxide.
