The present invention relates to a reconstruction method of surface structures wherein the method is characterized in that first the surface of a corresponding part is covered by a non-transparent mask having an opening of a rectangle shape with edges corresponding to the size of the surface portion to be reconstructed. Subsequently, an optical scanning of coordinates of that surface portion takes place, the coordinates in the form of a three-dimensional matrix x, y and z are stored and an enlarged surface reconstruction of the surface is created by conversion of the three-dimensional matrix data to an enclosed surface without gaps, followed by printing by 3 D print and/or import of data to the CAD system with automatic generation of corresponding tool trajectories for producing an enlarged surface model by CNC machining technology. |
