Zusammenfassung:	In the present invention there is disclosed oral, solid pharmaceutical preparation containing as an active component gemfibrozil and ordinary pharmaceutical auxiliary agents c ordinary pharmaceutical auxiliary agents containing as surface-active substance bis-(2-ethyl-hexyl)-sodium-sulfosuccinate in an amount of 0.05 to 0.5 percent by weight based on the gemfibrozil weight in the preparation. Pharmaceutical preparations according to the present invention contain relatively little amount of the surface-active substance providing uniform dissolution of the active component in a plurality of various charges and standard deviation of dissolution rate is low.
