The present invention relates to a self-propelled mobile platform of framed structure with electric drive consisting of two longitudinal hollow beams (1) connected by at least two cross beams (2). Each longitudinal beam (1) is provided with traveling wheels (3, 4) mounted in the longitudinal beam (1) cavity from which they protrude, wherein two opposite traveling wheels (3) are provided each with an independent driving unit (5) being fed from a battery arranged within the longitudinal beam (1) cavity. The traveling wheel (3) forms along with the driving unit (5) an assembly group mounted in a frame (6) that is removably fastened in the longitudinal beam (1).
