PROCESS OF CONTROLLED CULTIVATION OF ALGAE IN THE COURSE OF HETEROTROPHIC NUTRITION MODE

In the present invention there is disclosed a method of controlled cultivation of algae in heterotrophic nutrition mode, particularly algae of the Chlorella vulgaris BEIJ. DL 1996/H 12 strain, wherein the strain is cultivated in glucose within cultivation tank in the presence of mineral nutrients. The invented method is characterized in that the cultivation is carried out in two phases, whereby in the first phase cultivation is initiated by inoculation of algae at initial concentration thereof at least 1.5 g per one liter and at glucose concentration ranging from 60 to 90 g per one liter and after glucose concentration reduces due to alga growth below 10 percent of the initial value, addition of glucose is made in the second cultivation phase in an amount corresponding to the double of the grown alga mass and necessary mineral nutrients are added, too.
